Any Nashville brides want $55 worth of free wedding magazines?

Friday, November 6th, 2009

Happy November everyone!

I know it’s been several weeks since I’ve written. Not for lack of inspiration, believe me. I have ALL kinds of things I want to tell you about! It’s truly been for lack of time. I wish there was a way to cram a few more hours in the day! I just never have enough time for everything I want to get done! Anyone else feeling me on this one? Unfortunately blogging has taken a back seat in relation to work, play and wedding planning. Tsk tsk. :( I promise I’ll do better. *pinkie swear*

Now that BecomingMrsDial has apologized for being reclusive…on to the fun stuff!

Because our wedding plans are full-steam ahead (and I have a blog reader FULL of amazing wedding blogs), I’ve decided I no longer need my stack of wedding magazines:

If you’re a bride, I would LOVE to give them to you! Help me freecycle them! As pictured above, I have 5 magazines and one Pink Book, which is a wedding planner for Nashville brides. It lists many great local wedding resources. There’s a high possibility I have several more laying around that I would happily pass along as well. This is just what I found as I was cleaning last weekend.

I just added up all the prices on these and this stack is worth more than $55! These dang things are expensive. Thank goodness for the world of wedding blogs. :)

If you’re interested in taking these home, leave a comment below. You get extra points if you can recommend a Nashville caterer or two. That’s our next big hurdle…after we tackle the guest list this weekend.

If you know another bride on a budget, please tell her about my little freecycle giveway. I need to get away from these and focus!

I’ve been a bad, bad blogger

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Good morning everyone! It’s been nearly 10 days since my last blog post and I feel terrible about it!

I’ve been VERY productive, however, over the past 10 days and I plan to tell you ALL about it tonight in a rather lengthy blog post.

Until then, check out this really cool, helpful website that I totally plan to start using with my wedding planning. The site is called My Wedding Workbook – The next generation online wedding planning tool kit. Even better…it’s FREE. Thanks to Meg over at A Practical Wedding for posting info about this site.

Please stay tuned! I promise I’ll spill some details tonight!
